JAYME P. WILLIAMS

Jayme WilliamsJayme received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a Mathematics minor from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1996. Her interest in real estate led her to pursue an Architectural Technology degree in 1999. While pursuing the degree, she established her own business providing accounting services to small companies and organizations, primarily in the real estate industry, from Greensboro to Burlington. In 2003, she obtained her real estate broker's license, and worked as a licensed broker throughout the Burlington area until 2006, when she began to pursue her real estate appraisal certification.

Jayme began her appraisal career in the Greensboro, North Carolina area in 2006 and joined John McCracken & Associates, Inc. as an appraiser trainee in 2007, looking to pursue a career as an eminent domain specialist. She has experience appraising various residential properties, including single- and multi-family, as well as industrial, special purpose, office, and a variety of commercial properties.

She completed her general certification requirements for North Carolina and Virginia in 2009, and is currently pursuing her MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute.
