W. GORDON COLE  MAI, SRPA, SRA

Mr. Cole began his career in 1971 with mortgage bankers Stockton, White & Company in Greensboro, North Carolina, serving as Vice President of their Greensboro Commercial Loan Department, before joining John McCracken & Associates, Inc. in 1976.

Mr. Cole's appraising and consulting experience centered around various types of income-producing properties including office buildings, apartments, shopping centers, free-standing retail, mixed use developments, as well as a variety of residential properties including single and multi-family, condominiums, and subdivision developments. His primary region of experience is the Southeastern United States, but has also included several other states. Since the late 1990s, Mr. Cole's focus has been exclusively eminent domain appraisals for right-of-way acquisitions.
