ELIZABETH A. HAMUKA MAI
In 1994, Elizabeth began her career in real estate as a research
assistant with Weinstein Realty Advisors, through an internship program
with Penn State University. Upon graduation, the firm offered her a full
time position as a staff appraiser. During her tenure, Elizabeth
specialized in tax appeal valuation for individual property owners. This
work covered numerous municipalities and served as Elizabeth’s
introduction to testifying as an expert witness.
After three years focusing on this specialty, Elizabeth accepted a
position as an associate appraiser with John McCracken & Associates,
Inc. and
relocated to North Carolina. Since joining the JMA team in 1998,
Elizabeth has specialized in eminent domain valuation. She has been
qualified as an expert witness for various condemning authorities in
three states. Elizabeth earned the Appraisal Institute’s MAI designation
in the Spring of 2005. Elizabeth
is also a member of the International Right of Way Association.
